At Magnolia & Ink, we want you to love your purchase. Because we offer both digital products and physical merchandise, our return and refund policies vary depending on the type of product purchased.

Digital Products

Due to the immediate-access nature of digital products, all sales of digital downloads are final. Digital products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once purchased.

If you experience a problem accessing or downloading your purchase, receive an incorrect file, or discover a technical issue with a file, please contact us. We will be happy to help resolve the issue.

Physical Products

Requests regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect physical items should be made within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs showing the item and any damage or defect.

Because some Magnolia & Ink merchandise may be printed or produced specifically for your order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, colors, changes of mind, or other buyer preferences unless otherwise stated on the product page.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part or that of our fulfillment partner, we will work with you to make it right.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or used are not eligible for return or replacement unless the item was defective upon arrival.

Order Cancellations

Physical-product orders may enter production shortly after they are placed. Once an order has entered production or fulfillment, it may not be possible to cancel or modify it.

Digital orders cannot be canceled once the digital product has been delivered or made available for download.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
