Most letters feature four picture-word examples. Letters E, I, U, and Z feature three examples to maintain a more focused selection of sound examples.

The resource emphasizes beginning letter sounds, with the exception of X, which is represented by words containing the final /ks/ sound.

Examples include familiar CVC, CCVC, and CVCC words, along with selected longer words to support connections across different dyslexia programs.
